These terms explain what you get when you buy from NicheSavy, how billing and refunds work, and what we ask of you in return. NicheSavy is operated by Cody L. Ross. Questions: nichesavy@gmail.com.

What you're buying

NicheSavy sells digital reports and tools that help you choose and monetize a niche. The Core Report ($29) and the Niche Launch Kit ($97) are one-time purchases delivered by email. Niche Pulse ($27 per month) and the AI Partner ($199 setup, then $49 per month after a 14-day trial) are ongoing services. Everything is educational guidance — we are not your accountant, lawyer, or business adviser.

14-day refund promise

Payments are processed by Stripe. If your Core Report doesn't feel right for you, email nichesavy@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method. The same 14-day promise covers the AI Partner setup fee if the partner fails to give you clear content direction — see the guarantee page inside your Partner workspace.

Subscriptions and cancelling

Niche Pulse and the AI Partner renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't undo a charge you've already paid, and access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. The AI Partner trial is 14 days: if you cancel before it ends, the $49/mo never starts. You can cancel any time by emailing nichesavy@gmail.com.

No income promise

Reports, roadmaps and Partner advice are ideas and direction, not results. We don't guarantee earnings, followers, sales, or any other outcome. What happens after you act on a report is up to you, your market, and your effort — and no one can honestly promise otherwise.

Reports are for you

Your report and Partner workspace links are personal to you. Please don't resell, redistribute, or share them publicly, and don't use the site to spam, scrape, or harm other users. We can limit or stop access for misuse; if we do so for a subscription you're still within your refund window, we'll refund it.

Your answers and your report

You keep what's yours. We use your quiz and intake answers to build your report and, when you opt in, to send you the emails you asked for. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — see our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

NicheSavy is a beta product and we're improving it. We may add, change, or retire features, prices, or these terms. If a change materially affects something you paid for, we'll tell you here first, and your refund promise for a purchase you've already made doesn't get shortened.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands. To reach us: nichesavy@gmail.com.
